Badges are digital insignia on Spheriq. They show how complete, active and transparent an organisation is on the platform.
Badges help users quickly see how actively a profile is maintained and how trustworthy it is. At the same time, they help you showcase your activities and build trust with partners, funders and donors.
All badges are available from the Free plan onwards.
How badges are structured
Badges are currently available only for organizations (not yet for projects or individuals).
There are three types of badges:
1. Completion Badges
Profile completion badges build on one another. Only the highest level achieved is displayed on the organisation's profile.

2. Tax Exemption
Confirms that an organisation's tax-exempt status has been verified by Spheriq.

The organizational profile has been fully completed.
Requirements:
"Enriched" badge
All fields in the organization profile have been filled out
The only exceptions are these optional fields:
Certifications, Memberships, SDGs, Social Media, Section: "We Also Provide Support"
Status Confirmation
Tax Exempt
This badge certifies that an organization is exempt from cantonal taxes.
Requirements:
Canton tax exemption
Manual review by Spheriq (Verification)
This badge is awarded only after passing the verification.
Awards
Funding Logic
This badge confirms that an organization has established a comprehensive funding framework.
Requirement:
The funding logic has been documented and reviewed by the Spheriq team.
Recommended
Indicates that an organisation has received at least one recommendation.
Requirements:
The organisation has received a recommendation from a verified user. This recommendation is visible on the organisation's profile.

The organization is actively involved in networks.
Requirements:
Active in at least 2 networks or be a moderator in 1 network
