New Features on Spheriq

Foundations from Liechtenstein – For the first time, foundations from Liechtenstein are included in the database and can be used across search, lists and funding processes.

Improved search – New search operators (e.g. exclude keywords, exact phrases), a badge filter and a project status filter (ongoing/completed). Results can now be sorted by Fit or Hope.

More overview in search results – Organization badges, Fit & Hope scores and labels now appear directly in the results; for projects, the status is shown prominently on the card.

Save search results as a list – With "Save as list", you save your current search results directly as a private list (up to 500 hits). The "Search subscription" remains available unchanged.

New toolbox on profiles – The toolbox bundles all previous sidebar actions (add to list, contact point, note, follow, feedback/recommendation) in one central place at the top of the sidebar.

Contact management: new entry type Reminder – Reminders can be added directly on external organizations and automatically trigger an email on the chosen date – either just to you or to your team. Available from the Pro tier. → Learn more

Application & funding management – Projects can now be created directly on the guided entry page; a dedicated affiliate process allows submissions without editing rights. The AI Eligibility Check becomes the Concierge: it draws on documents, web research and the application archive and generates a configurable AI report (from Partner Plus, setup workshop required).

Donation shop – Pro and Partner organizations configure individual donation products with a fixed CHF amount and embed them as a shop on their own website.

Optimized donation form – On mobile, the donate button now appears directly below the header, name and donation appeal; the form has been streamlined with fewer mandatory fields.

Spheriq AI – AI assistant directly integrated into the platform. Foundation search, funding research, summaries, and fit analysis via chat – integrated into everyday workflows. → Learn more

Prompt Launchers – AI actions directly within the workflow context. Preconfigured buttons located in various places within the application.

Documents in the AI Assistant – Documents stored in profiles, applications, and networks are now accessible within the AI assistant. Documents can also be uploaded and analysed directly in the chat.

Contact Management – With the new contact management, Spheriq becomes a powerful CRM for funding relationships. In addition to funding commitments, you can now centrally document contact persons, conversation notes, and your own assessments. → Learn more

AI Eligibility Check – The automatic pre-evaluation of incoming applications has been expanded: “Fit” and “Hope” values as well as the foundation’s individual funding logic are now directly integrated into the recommendation. Starting with Partner Plus, custom AI prompts can also be stored.

Fit & Hope in Lists – Fit values are automatically pre-calculated in list views and always available. Automatically calculated values (black) and manually assigned values (yellow) are clearly distinguishable.

Add Missing Organisations – Organisations not yet included in the directory can now be added directly within Spheriq and, after review by our team, included in the public directory.

Application Form – Profile-Based Approach – Foundations can now build application forms directly based on profile data (person, organisation, project). Application data and profiles are synchronised – reducing duplicate entries and improving data consistency.

New Organisation Profile – Organisation profiles now appear in a clearer new layout with separated information and action areas for more efficient research and funding processes.

Funding logic recorded for over 100 funders—The Funding Logic Badge indicates which funding organizations have already submitted a detailed, AI-readable funding logic. As of May 2026: More than 100 funders have already submitted their individual funding logic. → Learn more
