Documents in AI Assistant – Stored documents from profiles, grant requests, and networks are now accessible to the AI. You can also upload and analyze documents directly within the chat.
AI Eligibility Check – Expanded automatic pre-assessment of incoming requests: Fit & Hope scores are now included in recommendations, and the foundation's specific funding policy directly influences the result.
Fit & Hope in Lists – Compatibility scores are now automatically pre-calculated and populated in list views. Algorithmically calculated values (gray) and manually set values (red) are clearly distinguishable.
Contact History – Transforming funding history into a full relationship CRM. Record and view contacts, notes, applications, rejections, and manual Fit & Hope ratings directly on profiles, in lists, and within grant management.
Application Form – Profile-based Approach – Foundations can now build application forms based on profile data (person, organization, project). Application data and profiles stay synchronized—reducing double entry and ensuring data consistency.
