As soon as the donation received by SpendenSchweiz is paid out by us to the recipient organization (usually after approx. 10 days), donors will receive a donation confirmation in PDF format by email from Spheriq.
If the organization does not want Spheriq to send donation confirmations, this can be adjusted in the user account of the respective organization. To do this, simply go to Donations > Bank Info and move the green slider to the left in the dashboard to revoke the consent to mail out donation confirmations.
