Welcome to the new Contact Management feature from Spheriq! You can now seamlessly document the entire relationship history between your organization and other partners.
1. Touchpoints
Regardless of where you record a touchpoint, the same clear dialog always opens. The system automatically saves who created or last edited the entry and when.
Enhanced Funding Entries: Document the entire lifecycle of a request – from status (open, accepted, rejected) to relevant dates and attachments such as application documents or rejection letters.
Contact Persons: Store important contact partners. You can manually create contacts with email addresses and phone numbers.
Notes: Capture conversation content or insights. These can be linked directly to a contact person if required.
Manual Rating (Fit & Hope): You can now manually override the AI-calculated Fit & Hope values to include your own intuition or internal assessments.
Important on Data Privacy: Public funding remains visible to both sides. However, private entries (such as notes, contacts, rejections, or internal ratings) can only be viewed by members of your own organization.
2. Where to find the Contact History
We have integrated contact management where it best supports your workflow:
Profile Pages: In the new Service Panel in the sidebar, you can see the entire timeline as well as the avatars of the colleagues involved.
Contact Management Tab: Here you will find all touchpoints you have recorded with the respective organization.
Own Organization (Profile): Under the Contact Management tab, you can find all touchpoints of your own organization.
Lists: In the table view, the Contact History column shows the current status (e.g., "Accepted", "Rejected", or "Mixed") at a glance.
3. Quick Entry (Launcher)
To save you time searching, there are several ways to create a new entry:
On Profiles: Use the Service Panel on external profiles to log interactions immediately during research.
Via the Stars: A click on the Fit or Hope stars immediately opens the window for a manual rating including a note field.
In the Table: Click directly on "New Entry" in the "Contact History" column.
