Do you have an organization in mind that is missing from our database? No problem! From now on, you can add missing organizations directly in Spheriq. This ensures that your lists and analyses are always complete.
1. Registering an Organization (Step-by-Step)
To avoid duplicates, the registration process is directly linked to our search function.
Start Search: Enter the name of the organization. If it already exists, you can add it directly to your list with a single click.
Enter Data: If no match is found, the registration window will open.
Fill in Mandatory Fields: The organization’s name, legal form, and country are required.
Optional Info: You can also add the address, URL, or key details to speed up the validation process.
2. Where Can You Find the "Add" Button?
We have integrated this function in several places so you don’t have to interrupt your workflow:
List & Table View: Use the "Add entry" button directly above your overview.
Foundation Search & Global Search: If the search yields no results, you will be offered the option to create a new entry.
3. How the Process Works
When you create a new organization, it goes through a brief review process:
Status "Added": After creation, the organization receives the status "Added by user." In this phase, it is not yet publicly searchable or active.
Validation: The Spheriq team reviews your entry. Once the data is validated, the organization is moved to the official directory and becomes searchable for everyone.
No Automatic Linking: Please note that creating an organization does not grant you administrative rights for that profile, nor are you automatically added to the associated account. The organization can later be "claimed" by its official representatives as usual.
