You can easily manage your grant requests on the Spheriq platform — both drafts and grant requests that have already been submitted. Below you will find an overview of the available functions and important information on troubleshooting when submitting applications.
Locating applications (drafts and those already submitted)
To find your grant requests, please navigate as follows:
Go to Dashboard
Click on the menu item "Grant Requests". All drafts and grant requests that have already been submitted are clearly listed there.
Dealing with duplicate submissions or errors
If an application has been submitted twice by mistake, please note:
Grant requests that have already been submitted cannot be deleted.
Inform the organization affected by the duplication directly and provide all relevant details. You can always find their contact information under “Contact” on their profile, or use the postal address if needed.
