Important requirements
Your organization must be recognized as tax-exempt by the relevant Swiss tax office.
You need at least one free account on Spheriq.
Please upload a valid tax exemption certificate in PDF format (not PDF/A format).
Here's how to do it if you are managing your organization with us for the first time:
Registration: Register at app.spheriq.ch.
Authority to represent: Verify yourself as the representative of your foundation.
Complete organization details: Fill in all the required information in the “Organization” section.
Start verification: Go to the “Verification” tab.
Upload tax exemption notice: Upload your current tax exemption notice as a PDF. If you do not yet have a notice, you can repeat this process once you receive it.
Check required fields: Ensure that all required fields are completed.
Submit application: Submit the verification application.
Here's what to do if you already manage your organization with us and want to update your tax exemption certificate:
Login: Log in to Spheriq.
Organization: Click on “Organization” in the menu.
Start verification: Select the “Verification” tab.
Correct information: Click on “Correct information” and return to the first page.
Upload tax exemption certificate: Upload your current tax exemption certificate (PDF).
Check required fields: Make sure that all required fields are completed.
Submit application: Resubmit the verification application.
Note: Verification usually takes up to 5 business days.
