As soon as you have created your project, you can edit it. If you are not yet in the editing screen, click on 'Projects' in the menu on the left and then select the project you want to edit. The project profile information is bundled into the following tiles:

On the right-hand side of each tile you can see how much information you have already filled in. Click on a tile to edit the information. Adjust the information and click on 'Save' to save your changes. All information on the 'Key data (required fields for grant requests)' and 'Project story' tiles is mandatory. You must therefore complete all fields in these two tiles in order to publish your project.

To submit a grant request, you only need to fill in the information in the first tile, ‘Key data (required fields for grant requests)’. You do not need to publish the project, and the remaining information is therefore optional in this case.

As a Swiss non-profit with access from Starter, you can collect donations online on the Spheriq donation platform if your organization is tax-exempt. The information you have entered in the various tiles of the profile on the foundation platform is automatically transferred to the profile on the donation platform. As funding organizations and private donors are often approached differently, the 'Collect donations on the donation platform' tile gives you the option of entering an appeal for donations, a different cover image to the one on the foundation platform and uploading additional images and videos. To save your details, click on 'Save' here too.

If you want to upload a picture for your profile, always pay attention to the specified dimensions. Only the additional images that you can upload to the donation platform do not have to be a specific size. Also make sure that your image is no larger than 10 MB. To upload an image, click on 'Upload' or 'Cover image on the donation platform' and then on 'Select image'. Select the desired image from your files and then select the desired image section. To do this, drag the blue rectangle. When the desired image section is in the blue rectangle, click on 'Crop' to save the image.

To be able to upload a video to your profile, the video must already be published on a video platform. Please note that the video must be set to public and not private. Then copy the URL of the video from the video platform, paste it into the input field on spheriq.ch and click on 'Save' or 'Crop' to save the video.

To see what the profile looks like, click on 'Show project profile' above the tiles on the right. The profile will be displayed on the foundation platform. To edit your profile further, click on 'Edit project' on the profile.

If your organization is also published on the donation platform, you can view the profile there by clicking on 'Show donation profile'. If you then want to make any adjustments to the profile, you need to go back to the foundation platform (URL with app.spheriq.ch instead of spendenschweiz.ch). There you can then adjust the desired details in the editing menu.
