The best way to collaborate with your colleagues on spheriq.ch is to invite them to join your team. To do this, go to ‘Team’ in your user profile and then click on ‘Add new team members’. Enter the email address(es) of the person(s) you would like to invite to your team. Press the Enter key after each email address you enter. Once you have entered the email address(es), click on ‘Apply’ and your colleagues will receive an email inviting them to your team.
Important note regarding invitations:
If an invitation is not accepted, it remains "pending." As long as this is the case, no new email will be sent when the invitation is resent.
To resend the invitation, you must first delete the pending invitation and then invite the person again.
Number of users per account
Please note that there is no limit to the number of invitations you can send, but only as many people as are allowed for your account can accept the invitation:
Free: Up to 3 users
Starter: Up to 5 users
Pro: Up to 10 users
Partner: Up to 15 users
Partner Plus: Up to 20 users
Partner Team: Up to 25 users
