Add more users to your account / organization

In this article, you’ll learn everything you need to know about adding a user to your account / organization.

To collaborate with others from your organization on spheriq.ch, you can easily invite them to your team. To do this, you must be an administrator of the organization.


To do this, go to Settings in the top right corner of the dashboard


Enter the email address(es) of the person(s) you want to invite to your team. Press the Enter key after entering each address.

Then click on “Apply”. The invited people will automatically receive an email with the invitation to join your team.

Important note:
Once invited, the person is automatically added with the role "Member".

The desired role must then be manually adjusted in the team area. This is done directly via the dropdown menu next to the respective team member:


Important note regarding invitations:

If an invitation is not accepted, it remains pending. As long as this is the case, no new email is sent when a new invitation is sent.

To resend the invitation, you must first delete the pending invitation, then invite the person again.

Number of users per account/organization

Please note that there is no limit to the number of invitations you can send, but only as many people as are allowed for your account can accept the invitation:

  • Free: Up to 3 users

  • Starter: Up to 5 users

  • Pro: Up to 10 users

  • Partner: Up to 15 users

  • Partner Plus: Up to 20 users

  • Partner Team: Up to 25 users
