Canceling paid plan
You can cancel your paid plan during the current term.
To do so, please contact us by email at [email protected] or directly via chat. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current term.
Downgrade paid plan
During the current term, you have the option to downgrade your plan to a lower paid or free plan. The downgrade will apply to the next term.

Pause plan for 12 months
You can set your plan to be paused for 12 months after the current term expires.
To do so, please contact us by email at [email protected] or directly via chat. The change will take effect at the end of the current term.
Your paid plan will remain active until the end of the current term. After that, your plan will automatically be converted to free plan for 12 months.
Before the 12-month pause ends, we will contact you to discuss how to proceed: keep free plan, cancel, or upgrade.
Summary
Please decide before renewal whether you want to adjust your plan, pause it, switch to free plan, or cancel it. If you decide to cancel or switch to free plan, you can continue to use the free content. In this case, plan to paid services and features will no longer be available.
An upgrade is possible at any time.
You can upgrade at any time. To upgrade your access, go to the Settings menu item “Access” and click on “Select another level”.
